Use your camera phone, digital camera or regular camera to capture an image that sums up a part of your life. Upload it to the site and once your picture has been approved it will appear in the Gallery.
Rules
Entrants may upload five digital images of their own work. Images should be saved as JPG, GIF or TIF files to a high resolution but must not exceed 5MB.

What you get
Eight finalists will each receive an Olympus Mju digital camera and a day of photojournalism training with Kalpesh Lathigra. They will also have their pictures exhibited at venues across the UK and the the overall winner will win an Olympus Digital SLR 410 and get the chance to showcase their photos on BBC Asian Network.
